Open to candidates within the continental United States The Sr Dir US Brand Marketing is responsible for 1) leading customer marketing strategy and promotional plans that will drive exceptional business growth through personal and non-personal channels, 2) develop and execute new digitally enabled marketing capabilities, 3) leadership of a customer marketing team across the end-to-end customer journey. The Sr Dir, US Marketing is responsible for driving clear brand strategy, measuring impact and adjusting investments to calibrate to optimal performance. Demonstrating strong leadership behaviors including inspiring, developing, and driving a high performing team. As part of the growth and evolution of the organization, we are seeking a candidate who can grow into broader organizational responsibilities in the coming years. The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $265,000 - $305,000 and eligibility for a 30% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
